8/8/23. Magni Peintures, Sculptures & Humanobiles. Painter and scupltor Vincent Magni moves easily from one medium to another, constantly re-examining the subjective interpretation of reality; making sure that his free-standing, slender, and carefully measured forms never interfere with the contrasting fluidity of his brushstrokes on the canvas. Magni's paintings are strongly influenced by Picasso, Max Ernst, and Joan Miro, while his wire-sculptures are very much in the tradition of Alexander Calder.
